∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must be handle Dyeing Production Experience
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow-up Dyeing program for proper batch loading, dyeing of Cotton, Cotton-Polyester blend using Vat, Reactive and Disperse dyes. (Dyeing of woven/knitted fabrics).
∎ Meet per day production requirements with proper programming and planning in dyeing Works out chemical recipes for dyes and decides on the correct treatments for different of fabric.
∎ Supervise dyeing operatives who mix dyes and feed the fabric through the machines.
∎ Oversee the Reactive and Indigo color dyeing for knitting and woven fabric and yarn.
∎ Do the design preparation of fabrics.
∎ Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
∎ Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
∎ Keep better relations & communication with any other section head for purpose of production.
∎ Produce various type of process of dyeing and it required develop the process.
∎ Right first time (RFT) control of every batch.
∎ Maintain COC & GPQ requirement.
