Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, supervise and monitor the team
∎ Collect customer feedback & provide information to the company
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies
∎ Continuously work on developing new channel and increasing channel penetration
∎ Regular follow-up with Existing/Potential Customers
∎ Responsible for total corporate outstanding and daily collection & Sale
∎ Responsible for team compliance and effective use of Company policies
∎ Market visit, Client hunt, Creating market opportunity
∎ Make presentation to the potential customers
∎ Prepare report as required by the management
∎ Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
∎ Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Managerial level corporate sales working experience in Cement / Steel sector will be preferred.
∎ Must be a team player with good presentation skill
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities
∎ Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
∎ Having excellent negotiation skills
∎ Strong communication and team management skills
∎ Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
∎ Thinking out of the box
