Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as the in-charge of all online and offline brand & communication activities.
∎ The main contact point for CRM related issues as and when enquired by the authorized ID holders of Epic Properties Ltd.
∎ Prepare & manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
∎ Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like social media channel, email campaigns, web advertising, promotional materials, PR, and events).
∎ Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
∎ Works under the direct head of brand & communications and closely work with Managing Director.
∎ All sorts of vendor management related to Marketing department.
∎ Conduct marketing related survey, researches (like-group buying project, competitor analysis, pricing etc.) and CRM based reporting to ensure the company's marketing strategy is competing effectively.
∎ Provide CRM training to marketing & sales team to maintain, manage & reporting CRM system on regular basis.
∎ Works with sales team to identify top prospective clients & share the report with the management on regular basis.
∎ Planning & supervising the seasonal on ground activations & promotions.
∎ Manage events including planning and executing events & exhibitions.
∎ Prepare, develop plus maintain subsidiary and corporate brand image along with market awareness.
∎ Monitor and manage entire corporate internal functionality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Much Preferable for job-experience from Land-/Real estate /asset based Company.
