Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to factory operations.
Ensure proper accounting of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and overhead costs.
Supervise daily accounting activities, including vouchers, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
Oversee product costing, including raw materials, labor, and overhead allocation.
Monitor production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for factory operations.
Generate reports such as production cost statements, inventory reports, and variance analysis.
Monitor factory-level cash flow and working capital requirements.
Lead and supervise the factory accounts team.
