Job Context:
∎ A career in Risk and Quality Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organization. You’ll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.
∎ Our Risk and Quality team identifies and assists internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks. As part of the team, you’ll provide advice to business teams within PwC on sound contract provisions, standards and approaches in accordance with PwC policies, principles and standards.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
∎ Managing Risk & Independence related activities of PwC Bangladesh.
∎ Reviewing proposals, contracts and documents to ensure compliance to internal policies of Risk & Quality.
∎ Guidance on matters relating to Independence, AFS reviews and analyzing restrictions including SEC to suggest applicability of scope of work to business.
∎ Reviewing independence restrictions for JBR and suggesting course of action to business.
∎ Compliance reporting to processes.
∎ Provide Support to Business by delivering training on R&Q, conduct R&Q reviews for better compliance.
∎ Suggesting better processes and procedures to business for improved independence management including personal independence.
∎ Detailed reporting on testing and process management with improvement options.
∎ Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Director and above.
∎ Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.
∎ Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Qualified CA, MBA or Law Degree with experience in similar Risk and Quality role
