∎ · Adequate knowledge of MS Office package.
∎ · The applicant should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have capability Work closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments.
∎ Must have QMS knowledge, especially for Best Seller Buyer, and familiarity with other modern production management systems.
∎ Have managerial capabilities to manage buying house QC, Factory QC & others internal department.
∎ Must be capable of effectively managing resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to meet production targets and maintain cost-effectiveness.
∎ Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and maximize output, reduce WIP in the finishing and packing processes.
∎ Collaborate closely with the quality control team to establish and maintain high-quality standards in finishing and packing operations.
∎ Making Inspection Plan & Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues affecting product quality and appearance.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of finishing and packing professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
∎ Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
∎ Collaborate with other managers to address inter-departmental challenges and achieve overall organizational goals.
∎ Monitor and control operational expenses within the allocated budget.
∎ Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of finishing and packing operations
∎ Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
∎ Strive to exceed customer expectations in terms of product quality, packaging, and delivery timelines
∎ Explore and implement new technologies or systems that can enhance efficiency and accuracy in finishing and packing processes
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure the factory remains competitive.
∎ Implement best practices and innovative techniques to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance finishing and packing processes
∎ GMS Textiles Ltd. is a complete GREEN Project & one of the most modern Composite Knit wear factories in Bangladesh is going to recruit “Manager/Senior Manager - Garments (Finishing)” for factory unit located at Tansutrapur, Kaliakoir, Gazipur.
