GMS, a state of art and a leading national export trophy winner and one of the largest knit garments manufacturing company in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Manager/Senior Manager (Custom Bond) - Commercial" Department for Head Office, located in Dhaka (Mohakhali DOHS).

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible the overall custom & bond function of the Group as per government compliance.

• Communicate with Bank, C&F, buyer, forwarder, audit firm, supplier, Board of investment and chief controller of import & export (CCI &E) regarding custom & bonds formalities

• Ensure updating bond register (In bond & Ex Bond) on due time.

• Ensure yearly import/export customs statement for bond audit.

• To maintain strong liaison with Customs office and other government bodies related customs and bond.

• Perform for and face routine audit by external agencies relating UD and UP.

• Follow up all import L/C formalities and make sure "insurance coverage note" open according to PI collected for LC opening.

• Handle customs related all responsibilities like yearly audit, HS Code formalities, general bond, receive any kind of certificate,

• Responsible for Including of HS code in to Bond License as per requirements of Company for Importing Raw Materials or with Salt, Dyes and all kinds of Chemical

• Responsible for Issuance of DEDO Shough certificate from DEDO office as per requirements Companies smoothly production or avoided any kinds of production hampering situations.

• Ensure preparation of Bill of Entry for forwarding relevant document to C&F for custom clearance.

• Duties and responsible for adding of new Machineries in to new or Bond License or old Bond License and having arrange the permission or allocated of new Salt, Dyes and all kinds of Chemical as per capacity of new machineries.

• Duties and responsible for Issuance of certificate for yearly allocated permission, Temporary or by the Undertaking to release emergency goods from CTG port from Customs Bond accordingly to Companies needed.

• Duties and responsible for Issuance of 3 Years, 1 Year or temporary General Bond with preparing of all kinds of documents.

• Communicate directly with customs house, customs bond Commissionerate and NBR as necessary to answer quarries tranquilly and efficiently with updated documents and manage bond customs in any irregularities and difficulties.

• Ensure handling over relevant documents to operations of transportation of goods and material to and from ports.

• Obtain and renewal of all licenses (e.g ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, BIN, EPB, Environment, BERC, Boiler, Factory, Fire & other licenses) and other related licenses form licensing authority

• Develop strategies, polices & guiding team member for achieving KPI of Custom & Bond.

• Responsible for Textile, Dyeing and Accessories Audit related work and UP issuance duties.

• Responsible for Preparation of audit statement and Protibadon by own self.

• Following or maintains Customs Bond register and Factory register as per UD or Up for avoiding if any kind of harmful situation against production or avoiding any kind of harmful situation by the Customs Bond Preventive Team for emergence visit.

• Responsible for all kinds of Sulkho Goyenda valuation audit and others related activities.

• Responsible for Import permission (IP) Certificate issuing for Importing machinery from Board
