∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Post Graduation in Business Management/Administration from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervising and leading Corporate Sales team.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with key Corporate persons, civil & structural engineers , Architect & developers.
∎ Collect adequate market information and through other required means, in formulating and implementing marketing strategies.
∎ Ensure Sales & Collection achievement as per annual sales budget.
∎ Tracking of competition strategies & activities and recommending necessary measures.
∎ Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective customer service.
∎ Develop team spirit and motivated work force.
∎ Planned market and customer visit.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Market report on sales & distribution.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
