∎ • Age 35 to 45 years
∎ • The applicant should have experience in knit Garments.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • 100 % Honest in all aspect.
∎ • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of the entire fabric auto cutting process.
∎ • Develop, implement and maintain cutting schedules to meet plan production target.
∎ • Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
∎ • Supervise and train cutting staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
∎ • Co-ordinate with merchandising, planning and IE for smooth sewing line feeding and related job.
∎ • Maintain PCD hit rate minimum 85%.
∎ • Arrange and maintain pre-& post cutting activity as per buyer requirements.
∎ • Marker planning, calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabric, also maintaining and recording cutting fabric consumption.
∎ • Help to Analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs/size set and bulk production.
∎ • Ensuring finishing cost reduction by ratio wise input supply.
∎ • Maintain and recording on time fabric reconciliation for cutting department.
∎ • To resolve cutting related issues in bulk production / Quality.
∎ • Maintain the all SOP of Cutting strictly.
∎ • Any other assignment given by the management time to time.
