Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure on time dyeing finishing with confirm RFT according to plan.
∎ Provide solution if any problem arises with fabric during processing.
∎ Review process findings and take corrective actions to eliminate re-occurrence.
∎ Ensure problematic fabric re-process with in SOP after receiving job card from QA section.
∎ Analyze production sample and discuss with related concern to set a SOP.
∎ Check and control chemical & water consumption.• Ensure housekeeping & PPE usage in production area and other compliance issue
∎ Make a succession plan and pick up right/potential subordinate to transpose the experience/education for future leader.
