∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Developer, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Real Estate, Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnosis Existing Brand:
∎ Diagnosis organization and its SBU's existing brand context so that can be decided/realized which points to highlight, what to keep in focus for target customers/service receivers.
∎ Conduct specific research on customer insights & experience, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, competitive advantage, industry trends and developments.
∎ Brand Strategy Formulation:
∎ Formulate the brand strategy based on SWOT analysis, diagnosis inputs and aligning with organization's goals.
∎ Own the Brand Center of Expertise in the organization by implementing the strategic vision, process support, methodology, certifications.
∎ Brand Strategy Execution:
∎ Play a leading role in the establishment of the business's brand building strategies across all channels.
∎ Provide brand positioning recommendations with validation grounded in customer insights and micro and macro market trends as well as societal needs.
∎ Provide Marketing Mix / Media Mix tools & techniques that amplify the brand positioning.
∎ Leads the development and refinement of the brand's messages and creative designs in order to attract potential consumers.
∎ Develop, deploy and enhance of marketing strategies through Website, Digital Media- Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, Digital Advertising, Content Marketing, Signage and Social Media (FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and other emerging ones).
∎ Manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, Billboard and other available effective traditional media to build the credibility of brands.
∎ Coordinate with creative agencies & suppliers to ensure quality and timeliness of each branding product.
∎ Lead market research and evaluate it for adjusting marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to materialize the marketing objectives within designated budgets.
∎ Brand Strategy Evaluation:
∎ Evaluate the performance/results of branding initiatives in terms of brand awareness, sales, customer loyalty and ROI.
∎ Event & Promotion:
∎ Lead event and promotional activities with the individual business's marketing and sales team.
∎ Ensure promotional items to build up long term relationship with target customers and to strengthen the wings of sales team.
∎ Organize fairs (in-house, others) for REHAB, project launching, association formation, Baisakhi Mela to enhance brand and generate sales leads.
∎ Report and Documentation:
∎ Prepare periodic brand initiatives report and submit to the Management duly.
∎ Ensure market survey report on industry trend & risk issues and submit to the Management for strategic decision.
∎ Maintain documentation of all sort of media and corporate communication related activities and archive those for future reference and usage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in strategic brand formulation and execution
∎ Expert in value proposing through proposals and presentations
∎ Skilled in market research and survey
∎ Expert in Digital and Social Media marketing
∎ Business acumen on real estate industry, building materials, and entertainment industries.
∎ Event design and execution
∎ Expert in articulating the distinct aspects of relevant products and services
∎ Skilled in content writing
∎ Good in MS Office, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and other similar software.

Salary: Negotiable
