Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for setting goals, assigning projects, managing budgets, and ensuring the team meets deadlines. The Incumbent will help develop and implement the overall content development strategy for Communications division. This involves aligning content with the divisional goals, understanding target audiences, and staying up-to-date on content trends. The Incumbent might also be involved in creating content themselves, but more likely they`ll oversee the creation process. This could involve working with agency, production houses and celebrity and other content creators to ensure high-quality content is produced.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create a thorough content strategy that complements the target audience and overall goals of the Communications Division.

  • Analyze and comprehend digital content formats and trends that appeal to specific audiences

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to comprehend the goals of the campaign or project and effectively schedule content for various platforms to get the desired outcomes.

  • Recognize, evaluate, and create a content strategy for various digital platforms to guarantee constant presence

  • Plan and develop digital contents across all platforms based on the project/campaign strategy to reach, engage and excite the right target audience

  • Co-ordinate and manage agencies and production houses

  • Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members

  • Maintain relationship with artists, celebrities, producers, directors, photographer, and digital agencies

  • Develop and manage the content development budget, overseeing costs associated with project expenses
