∎ Good understanding of all social media applications

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the Communications Divison’s overall goals and target audience
∎ Analysing and understanding the digital content format and trends across digital that resonate with target audiences
∎ Align with cross functional teams to understand campaign/project objective and adequately plan content across platforms to deliver the purposes
∎ Understand, analyze and develop content plan across digital channels to ensure omnipresence
∎ Plan and develop digital contents across all platforms based on the project/campaign strategy to reach, engage and excite the right target audience
∎ Co-ordinate and manage agencies and production houses
∎ Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members
∎ Maintain relationship with artists, celebrities, producers, directors, photographer, and digital agencies
∎ Develop and manage the content development budget, overseeing costs associated with project expenses
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ Incumbent will be responsible for collecting the communication need, gathering the brief from internal stakeholders, managing the existing content creation agency, finding out the right production house if required to outsource, guide the team to align with the digital trend and ensure OTIF (on-time-in-full) delivery of the contents.
