Experience:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in accounting.
CA- CC will be preferred.

Sharp knowledge of Income Tax Ordinance 1984 and Income Tax Rule 1984.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Candidate should be work in the factory and Corporate Office.
Tally Knowledge required. Knowledge of Oracle ERP will be an added advantage
Good knowledge in MS excels, MS Word, Power point.
Good Communication skill in English (Written & Oral)
Practical experience in similar position preference in Packaging/FMCG Company)·
The candidate must be proficient in using computers, emails, ERP systems, and standard office applications.·
Strong typing skills in both Bangla and English are required.·
Good proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written, is essential.
In-depth knowledge of Bangladeshi tax laws and regulations (Income Tax Ordinance, VAT Act, Customs Act, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.·

Job Context
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual with a minimum of 06 years of proven experience in Tax Compliance, Tax Planning, Corporate Tax for meaningful contribution to our company to reach the goal of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Tax Compliance:
Prepare and ensure timely submission of all corporate income tax, VAT, customs duty, and other applicable tax returns and statements.
Maintain accurate and organized tax records, documentation, and workings.
Ensure compliance with all tax-related regulatory requirements and deadlines.
Tax Planning & Advisory:
Assist in tax planning initiatives to optimize the company`s tax position while remaining compliant with tax laws.
Provide tax advice and guidance to management on various business transactions and initiatives.
Analyze the tax implications of new business ventures, contracts, and policies.
Liaison with Tax Authorities:
Represent the company during tax assessments, audits, and inquiries from tax authorities.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation and responses to tax queries.
Facilitate smooth communication and resolution of tax-related issues with government bodies.
Reconciliation & Reporting:
Reconcile tax accounts and ensure accuracy of tax-related entries in the accounting system.
Prepare periodic tax reports for management review.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements with accurate tax disclosures.
Knowledge & Research:
Stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations.
Identify potential tax risks and opportunities for the company.
Other Duties:
Assist in developing and implementing tax policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Operations) on tax-related matters.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
