Responsibilities & Context:
Position Summary: The Manager - Accounts & Finance will oversee the company’s financial operations, budgeting, cost management, and compliance requirements. This role demands strong leadership, financial expertise, and the ability to drive strategic financial initiatives to support our business objectives.
Job Location: Factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
Lead budget planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Monitor and control costs, maximizing profitability while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee audits, tax & VAT compliance, and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
Implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making through financial insights.
