• Must have practical experience in textile auxiliaries trailing at different mills and ensuring product performance and quality check.
• Should be sound knowledge about different auxiliaries and chemicals of textiles.
• Have to knowledge about different types of dyeing & printing process with their costing breakdown.
• The applicants should have experience in technical trouble shooting of to achieve client's satisfaction.
• Should have basic commercial knowledge to deal payment terms and conditions
• Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time by the top management
• Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, self-organized positive attitude with leadership, guidance and support to the fabrics co-ordinating team.
• Excellent in written and spoken English with emailing communication skills.
• Experience in dyeing production will get preference.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the teammates.
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a present time frame.
• Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills.
• good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
