Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master’s in Accounting & Finance form Reputed Institute/University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation, Monitoring and Control of Cost & Budgets through timely reporting and meeting with departmental heads & Must Have Banking Knowledge.
∎ Budgeting, recording and analyzing company financial information, and tracking department or product expenditures.
∎ Determine internal audit scope, develop audit plan and lead audit team.
∎ Determine and analyze man/machine ratio, machine cost, man cost and cost per unit.
∎ Preparation of variance analysis reports and investigating the reason for cost control purpose and to make recommendations;
∎ Conduct physical inventory of the goods with the stock report as per management instruction.
∎ Check MRA, Stock Ledger, Gate pass, Challan, Materials incoming & outgoing records to prepare report and submit to head of department.
∎ Check and verify all kind of bill, voucher, for ensuring the accuracy of accounting.
∎ To check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction.
∎ Check all chemical/accessories purchase requisition as per work order.
∎ Party / supplier, Bill, ledger based on daily transaction,
∎ Check local purchase, wastage sale, Job Card, Salary, wages, OT, bonus, final settlement, leave including attendance,
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and audit, Internal/External Audit, Inventory Audit
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Excellent command in MS Office applications.
