  • The applicant should have Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in Hospital Manager.
  • Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in English is MUST.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office, email and Internet.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Responsible for managing overall hospital service activities to contribute to maximum business growth.

  • Administering company policies and disciplines.

  • Maintenance of company resources.

  • Maintain & preserve hard & soft copies of all Documents concerned to hospital.

  • Paying utility bills and renewing company documents on time. Team management, supervising and controlling all related works related Department.

  • Ensure a sustainable relationship with patients.

  • Ensure new corporate clients with a view to have Corporate Sign Up.

  • Ensure premium service patient care to all clients.

  • Promote Health Check Facilities to Corporate Clients & different target customers on a continuous & updated basis with a target to increase the patients flow.

  • Supervise day to day activities of all staff.

  • Ensure the hospital staffs are clients friendly and maintain quality of services.

  • Ensure that all staff department are functioning regularly.

  • Organize and participate staff meeting/training.

  • Assist to Medical Director in his all administrative function.

  • To guide the Finance & Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.

  • Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.

  • Sound knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanism.

  • Safe keeping of all Official Documents relating to Govt. bodies.

  • Maintain Inventory management system.

  • Slow moving and non-moving inventory shall be identified, controlled and reported to take appropriate action.

  • To ensure accuracy and authorize the daily transaction.

  • Ensure proper cash management.

  • Any Other Task Assign by the Management.
