Additional Requirements:

  • Must have sufficient knowledge of Mushak-4.3 / 6.3/ 6.4/ 6.5/ 6.6/ 6.7/ 6.8/ 6.10/ 9.1.

  • Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Import, Customs procedures & VAT rules.

  • Candidate must have good command & Sound knowledge of computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & ERP Software.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure proper documentation, control, and maintain necessary records with respect to VAT-related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT, AIT & other hearing-related documents.

  • Maintain 6.1/6.2./ 6.2.1 & other related activities in IBAS/VAT online & VAT Software.

  • Maintain effective communication, liaison with Govt. Office & VAT Officials.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement VAT-saving strategies.

  • Optimize VAT processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT reports.

  • Conduct VAT reconciliations and ensure accurate VAT accounting.

  • Analyze VAT data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate and manage VAT audits conducted by tax authorities.

  • Response to inquiries and requests from tax authorities in a timely manner.

  • Resolve VAT disputes and negotiate settlements when necessary.

  • Lead and develop the VAT team, providing guidance, training, and support.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide VAT guidance and support.

  • Communicate VAT updates, changes, and requirements to stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external advisors, tax authorities, and other relevant parties.
