Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in Accounting & Finance from any reputed university
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA, CA.CC or equivalent
∎ Skills Required: VAT & TAX
∎ Training/Trade Course: vat

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and VAT, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & independently handle VAT & Income Tax related work of the company.
∎ Maintain and liaison with Govt. Office for working VAT related work, timely submission of VAT return and handle various quarries of VAT authorities.
∎ Identify issues that may arise in VAT dealings, source VAT & TAX deduction as per current law.
∎ Submit VAT returns and other documents to VAT authority on time.
∎ Prepare VAT Challan according to approve price & registration number.
∎ Maintain all VAT related works (Example: Mushak 4.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.5, 6.10, 7, 9.1 & all other books paper) and deduction of VAT & TAX at source.
∎ Provide innovative VAT planning and review complex VAT returns.
∎ Manage vat provision and VAT compliance process, Identify & mitigate VAT risk
∎ Monitor the day to day operation of the Accounts Department. Follow up cash book, ledger, and register of daily transaction.
∎ Collect & reconcile all Banking related transaction/Statements.
∎ Maintain Cash Book, Bank book, bills receivable and bills payable to keep records of day to day expenditures and close cash books on a daily basis.
∎ Maintain Positive Relationship with circle office.
∎ Deliver a full range of VAT services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
∎ Provide TDS & VDS certificates against deduction from parties.
∎ Preparing weekly, monthly and other periodical financial reports as required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Vat, Tax, Customs Duty
∎ ACCA (Member), ACA or equivalent
∎ Excellent computer skills specially in Microsoft Excel
∎ Fluent in both English & Bangla

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
