Responsibilities & Context:
Capable to handle independently all kind of cash incentive work of a knit composite company
Prepare form "Kha" & "Gha", cost breakdown and complete procedures for cash incentive accordingly and attain bank formalities
Collect Cash BTMA from supplier
Execute all regulatory formalities of Cash Incentive relating to import & Export
Coordinate with Bank, BGMEA, BTMA, Audit firm & other related offices
Having vast knowledge preparing cash incentive files for gaining incentive benefits from Export.
To ensure all commercial activities (e.g. L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties, payment realization etc.) through overseas communications.
Execute, Coordinate, Monitor and manage L/C related works with L/C opening banks.
Responsible for back to back L/C functions & processes.
Monitoring Invoice and Bill Payment.
Any other assignment that management may require to be done
