Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ MCom in Accounting / Finance or Bachelor Degree with Masters or MBA in Accounting or Finance will be more preferred.
∎ CA (Application Level) or CMA (1200) Marks) partly qualified or fully completed will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare VAT Reconciliation Statement between VAT record and Accounting record.
∎ Prepare monthly VAT return with required supporting and submission to VAT authorities on time.
∎ Ensure proper VAT compliance as per Government rules
∎ Facilitate VAT Audits conducted by the regulatory body and other Government Authorities.
∎ Ensure Proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules within warehouse/factory.
∎ Keep liaisons with Government regulatory bodies.
∎ Look after VAT activities at Head Office.
∎ Maintain inventory registers as per government rules.
∎ Ensure VAT Challans for every delivery of products.
∎ Prepare reports in Quarterly/yearly basis and confirm VAT rebates with coordination of VAT process.
∎ Capable to handle all kinds of VAT related audit.
∎ Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review.
∎ Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls.
∎ Manage the companies' VAT and customs compliance process independently as per VAT acts and rules.
∎ Ensure audit is conducted by NBR, VAT commissioner audit, vat intelligence audit, customs valuation audit, and another govt. Agencies audit.
∎ Any other issues as related to assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Arrange and maintain VAT register -6.1 & 6.2 as per raw material purchase, and raw material consumption ratio.
∎ Issue VAT Invoice (Mushak-6.3,6.5, 6.6).
∎ Preparation and submission of monthly VAT return (Mushak-9.1) through online.
∎ Liaison with VAT regulators and communication.
∎ Preparation and arrange all supporting for input-output coefficient (Mushak-4.3).
∎ Provide data as per management and VAT regulators demand.
∎ Reconciliation purchase and sales with actual monthly accounts for vat return.
∎ Prepare for vat audit and report.
∎ Managing and operating vat software (If required).
∎ Maintain any other form of VAT related documents (4.6 6.6, 6.7, 6.8)
∎ Must be clear knowledge of all vat form, vat law and all rules.
