Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts Finance, Business Planning and Budgeting, customs duty, VAT and Tax, VAT Functions at Manufacturing, VAT rules
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT act and rules, and timely submission of company's IT and VAT return
∎ Maintain records, register and relevant documents conforming to VAT law
∎ Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT regulations and potential impacts
∎ Prepare and arrange necessary hearing related documents, represent company in the hearing organized by the government authorities in case of dispute resolution of VAT, Tax and customs related issues
∎ Keep liaison with NBR, Custom as well as other relevant authorities
∎ Preparing Vat Return (Mushuk-19) of all units of the company, and submit the same to the concerned VAT and Taxes circle
∎ Prepare TDS sheet against all Employees of the Company and submit to the respective Bank
∎ Prepare and submit, monthly, half-yearly and annual tax return of the company as well as employees including expatriates
∎ Prepare yearly VAT audit related documents, and manage external audit.
∎ Other tasks as required by the management
