We are seeking a compatible Manager (Trims) who will work for our Trims factory at Rahim Textile Mills Limited at Shafiur, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria:

Responsibility:

• In-depth knowledge of textile and garment trims and accessories production (Elastic, Sewing Thread, Twill Tape, Drawcord, Jacquard Elastic & Tape. Silicone Tipps, etc.)

• Ability to Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills.

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with quality compliance standards (e.g., buyer-specific protocols).

• Lead and manage the procurement of trims and accessories aligned with the Buyer Requirement.

• Develop and evaluate new vendors for quality, cost, and timely delivery.

• Liaise with merchandising teams for accurate style-wise procurement planning.

• Oversee supplier developments and ensure adherence to buyer specifications.

• Review and approve vendor cost negotiations and comparison reports.

• Monitor inventory and review requisitions.

• Maintain the accuracy of ERP records on order placement and tracking.

• Resolve escalated issues with suppliers on lead times, shipments, payments.

• Verify Proforma Invoices and payment schedules in coordination with commercial/audit teams.
