Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct TNA
∎ Prepare training calendar
∎ Prepare and implement training budget.
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization.
∎ Supervise technical training for worker & staff.
∎ Provide assistance in classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
∎ Provide performance feedback.
∎ Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate those who have certification from Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) will get extra preference.

Salary: Negotiable
