Akij Flour Mills Ltd. (AFML) is a leading flour mill in Bangladesh, providing high-quality flour products to customers since its inception in 2016. In addition to producing Atta, Maida, and Suji, AFML also supplies other related products such as wheat bran, aromatic rice, puff rice, mustard oil, red lentil and so on. Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Manager (Trading)”.

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

• Execution of flour trades in accordance with company policies and market conditions

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of trades, transactions, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor global markets for trading opportunities and manage portfolios accordingly.

• Provide technical and fundamental analysis of securities, commodities, or currency pairs.

• Work on developing trader relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Prepare regular reports on market conditions, portfolio performance, and trading activities for senior management and traders.

• Work closely with senior traders, analysts, and the research team to develop strategies and respond to market movements.

• Liaise with other departments (operations, risk, compliance) to ensure smooth execution of trading activities

• Have to report and follow the guidance of reporting supervisor or Senior Manager (Trading)
