We are seeking a Skilled Ticketing & Reservation Manager to join our office. The selected candidate will represent Easy Flight International and provide world-class customer service to both customers and travel agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all IATA activities, reservation systems Galileo and Sabre are mandatory.
- Sale Tickets and Reservations. Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
- Making invoices & maintaining ticketing and service-related accounts.
- Maintain with Airlines.
- Market Visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
- Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
- Provide necessary support to different countries visit Visa.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Promoting and marketing the business Target.
