About the Role

We are a well-established organization engaged in the supply of vehicles, special-purpose vehicles, construction equipment, and electrical & mechanical equipment to government and public-sector entities through local and international competitive bidding processes.

In line with our expansion in public-sector developmental projects, we are seeking a Manager to strengthen our engagement with government organizations and support upcoming procurement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with key officials, stakeholders, and decision-makers of defense forces, government bodies, Govt Department, Private institutions and related agencies.

  • Monitor and follow up on procurement plans, development programs, and upcoming tenders of government and public-sector entities.

  • Identify new business opportunities in defense procurement and government projects.

  • Liaise with concerned authorities to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and tender objectives.

  • Coordinate internally and with principals/manufacturers to align product capabilities with tender requirements.

  • In-dept knowledge of Bangladesh Government e-GP (Electrical Government Procurement) system and tender rules/regulations.

  • Liaise with internal departments (technical, legal, finance, admin) to gather necessary technical and commercial inputs during tender preparation stages.

  • Support clarification meetings, pre-bid discussions, and post-bid follow-ups.

  • Track policy updates, procurement guidelines, and sector developments relevant to public-sector projects

  • Proven exposure to government procurement, public-sector projects, or institutional sales.

  • Sound understanding of tendering processes and competitive bidding procedures.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment

  • Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time
