Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from reputed educational institute with adequate knowledge in Leather Engineering & Technology and Footwear Manufacturing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well acquainted with Leather Shoe manufacturing processes.
∎ Strong organizational ability to make the things happen effectively.
∎ Candidates must have creative flair and be able to anticipate industry trends.
∎ Have mindset of taking ownership for the entire project management process for assigned products
∎ Experience in quality product development
∎ Having good knowledge on Quality Standards
∎ Experience in managing a team
∎ Having Good communication & interpersonal skills
∎ Must have sound analytical ability
∎ Able to work in a team.
∎ 10 to 12 years of working experience in a similar type of organization and 2 years in the similar position
∎ Proficient in verbal and written English
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
