∎ Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 100 % Honest in all aspect.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of knit Garments production in the particular area of the factory as per the buyer's specifications and meet the shipment schedule.
∎ Identifying and applying the best suitable processes to solve development issues.
∎ Experienced to handle large volume of new styles sample development and to be ensured customers standards.
∎ Provide necessary assistance in Pattern making, fitting and garments construction sample development.
∎ Responsible for the quality of the garments and providing necessary guidelines
∎ Coordinate with Cutting, Sewing and finishing department
∎ Take the ownership to achieve the goal and accomplishing the production target.
∎ Make production plans on regular basis and implement to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of shipment.
∎ Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company.
∎ Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the sewing.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that the cutting inputs, trims & accessories are arranged well in advance.
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity of operators in accordance with the IE requirements.
∎ Monitor the finishing processes and give necessary guidelines/ support to meet the shipment schedule and to check finishing-quality related issues.
∎ Responsible for general administration and co-ordination in recruitment of workers and management employees under him.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 year(s) on which 3 years in similar position.
∎ Minimum 10 years working experiences in 100% compliance and export oriented large knit Composite Industry.
∎ Strong leadership capability, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
