The Business Development Manager (Tech Equipment Sales) will be responsible for driving sales growth of IT hardware, networking solutions, and related tech equipment. This role requires a strong blend of sales expertise, client relationship management, and market knowledge in the technology domain.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for tech equipment sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, enterprise, government, and SME sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and technology partners.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and ensure timely deal closures.
Collaborate with internal teams (solutions, operations, finance, supply chain) to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for management review.
Represent GENEX Infosys at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
