Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze & develop the existing IT infrastructure and design as per global standard.
∎ Secure operations of group business from technological perspective.
∎ Monitor & time to time review of hardware, software and network status of Data Centre and disaster recovery site and ensure effective data management & preservation to act fast in an adverse situation.
∎ Ensure the Organization's ERP smooth and seamless operations align with business process management.
∎ Accountable for the development and maintenance of our ERP
∎ Support business case development including gap analysis, solution review, data, analytics, and functional requirement documentation.
∎ Custom application development to provide solution internal requirements like administrative activities.
∎ Technological deliveries to meet business and regulatory objectives and to follow the compliance in alignment with security and legal perspective.
∎ Review & update IT policy & ICT security policy: ensure secured access to the network system; evaluate Cyber Security Risks and make plan to encounter cyber or technical attack.
∎ Effective data management & service and ensure statutory compliance of all IT services/systems.
∎ Implement new technologies with innovation to yield competitive advantage.
∎ Ensure the end-to-end IT operation of organization.
∎ Collaborate with other Division/Department to provide technical supports to enhance efficiencies within their area.
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the supervisor.
