∎ CA CC or CA/CMA partly qualified will be an added advantage.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Finanacial Planning Analysis, Product Costing and budgeting, Report Writing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall Strategic Planning Activities of ACI Agribusiness
∎ Support the preparation of SBU KPIs, align the strategic & long term goals with the action plans, review and monitor the achievements against the set KPIs and engage management for remedial measures.
∎ Engage with Business Heads and provide strategic and financial insights for desired business result achievement.
∎ Monitor the working capital and financing cost involvement for the Agribusiness Unit.
∎ Pursue financing opportunities through communication, discussion and liaison.
∎ Craft winning communication strategies and support the execution to achieve competitive advantage.
∎ Coordinate across all SBUs to align the strategic business and brand development plans and create a synergy of business and brand image across the Agribusiness Division.
∎ Initiate, conduct and drive research and feasibility studies for new business projects.
∎ Support the service departments to eradicate challenges and identity improvement opportunities across all business units.
∎ Drive corporate brand building project in conjunction with external partners.
∎ Represent ACI Agribusiness to development agencies, universities, policy makers & media.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in similar function of reputed organization.
∎ Strong professional ethics and integrity
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Able to maintain deadlines as per management requirement
∎ Able to think creatively
∎ Quick learner and flexible to learn new topics.
