Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop Store Management Material in-house Plan and Operational Store Management Plan.
∎ To make report on Stock holding days VS Average production.
∎ To manage both inward and outward stock movement whilst maintaining accuracy and integrity of the store/s inventory records including all associated documentation and record keeping for accounting purposes.
∎ To manage store departmental people's activities and Movement
∎ To develop and maintain a professional relationship with suppliers, contractors, and freight forwarders for ensuring smooth operation.
∎ Maintain stock reports on regular basis.
∎ To make sure store inventory monthly basis.
∎ Ensure stock items are properly segregated and Maintain uninterrupted supply of products.
∎ Ensure proper storage of items, Ensure continual improvement of work process.
∎ Overseeing inventory control and processing orders.
∎ Implementing store and inventory management systems with control and aligned with ERP. Ensure indents are raised & proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items;
∎ Forward required documentation to Corporate or unit purchase depending on the nature of item to be procured;
∎ Approving incoming materials by confirming specifications, reporting, rejecting or returning unacceptable materials.
∎ Generate Materials Received Report (MRR) on a timely basis;
∎ Manage Storage space for large items & their movement in the unit;
∎ Conduct physical stock taking & verification of inventory;
∎ Generate required MIS on inventory of various items as required
∎ Monitoring all kinds of relevant store functions.
∎ Coordination with all related departments for efficient operations.
∎ Prepare various report as per requirements of top management.
∎ To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years

∎ Candidates must mention two well-known personalities as referee in the CV
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable.
∎ Must have 10 Years' experience in RMG industry and profound knowledge about warehouse (store).
∎ Good knowledge & skills in MS Office Package and ERP software.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in store system & it's SOP
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
