Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design a Sales Plan and review it periodically.
∎ Execute the sales strategy to ensure the organization's vision is realized.
∎ Closely work with associated departments (i.e., Finance & Accounts, HR, Project, Brand & Marketing, Architecture, Logistics etc.).
∎ Identify and create different channels to generate leads.
∎ Attend all the leads coming from Digital Marketing and/or different sources.
∎ Create and manage the database and align it with the organizational system.
∎ Inform the customers about the different products or services that we offer.
∎ Maintain and manage a well-organized sales database aligned with organizational systems for accurate reporting and follow-ups.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
∎ Develop proactive strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
∎ Conduct market research and data-driven analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve sales performance.
∎ Foster a culture of openness, trust, motivation, and collaboration within the team.
∎ Provide support and guidance to enhance team productivity and morale.
∎ Assist the customers with all required and related information.
∎ Proper negotiation & right conversion with customer.
∎ Continuous follow-up of valuable clients.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
