∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Forecasting, and Setting Sales Targets and sales strategies.
∎ Prepare Sales and marketing plans for all over the country and ensure their proper implementation aligns with present & future business needs.
∎ Collecting, and compiling market intelligence reports and sharing them with The Management.
∎ Conduct Weekly updates and progress meetings with The Management.
∎ Distribute Target and Achieve Sales Target ensuring collection.
∎ Communication and Coordination with all distribution and production teams.
∎ Develop sales team members by learning, inspiring, motivating, and encouraging for better performance, review team and self-daily activities.
∎ Lead and monitor the Sales Team and evaluate their regular and annual performances.
∎ Set guidelines for optimum achievement of Sales and introduce new techniques & ideas to the sales force for promoting their products & improving their sales skills.
∎ Keep communication with existing clients of the company and coordinate with dealers.
∎ Review National Sales (daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly) and submit all reports to The management.
∎ Develop necessary SOP, Policies
∎ Setting up short-term, and long-term goals and sales strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years
∎ Candidates with expertise in the adhesive and chemical industries will be preferred.
