Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline from any reputed university. (MBA in Marketing will be preferable).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating business strategies: Plan and develop business strategies focusing on Marketing that balance customers' expectations and organization's objectives.
∎ To plan & lead market expansion actions that will satisfy customers' needs and ultimately maximize the company turnover from increased throughput.
∎ To monitor and conduct feasibility studies for new and existing corporate clients, market trends, study the market to get to know risk factors and competition activities and consumer preference.
∎ Promote Brand & Execute Business to High Officials of Both - Public & Private Sector.
∎ To ensure excellent client service by keeping company goodwill.
∎ To develop cost efficient pricing to generate good margins in line with set targets.
∎ Lead and coach the team in negotiating price and MOQs to deliver savings and operating efficiencies.
∎ To monitor the performance of the team and to train them up, in line to Company objectives and targets.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Sales, Cement Industry.
∎ Associations with professional body(s).
∎ Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
∎ Candidate has to be self-motivated, highly productive and with a reliable working attitude.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent public relations and decision making ability.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Well versed in computer operation & strong knowledge in MS Excel.
∎ Strong presentation skill in MS PowerPoint.
∎ Have Leadership, Negotiation and Management skills.
∎ Right balance of strategic approach / analytical skills along with creativity and innovation.
∎ Close monitoring and understanding Consumer Behaviors and Market Trends.
∎ Ability to translate trends and consumer behavior into meaningful insights for marketing strategy development.
∎ In-depth knowledge and skill about Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
∎ PR & Media relationship management.
∎ Strong knowledge about Contract Management & Project Management.
∎ Strong network with corporate, government bodies through personal contact / association with professional membership bodies.
