∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Candidates should have completed Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree (BA/MA) in Marketing or Graphic Designing from a reputed college. Candidates with other educational backgrounds will be welcomed with relevant previous work experience.
∎ • Candidates must have MINIUM 10 years of previous experience managing all strategy and content for social media pages for reputable brands.
∎ • Candidate must have relevant experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
∎ • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
∎ • Candidate must have experience in copy writing for social media pages.
∎ • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
∎ • Candidate must be highly motivated and capable of working independently and have good decision-making skills.
∎ • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
∎ • Strong knowledge of social media buying and paid advertisement
∎ • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
∎ • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
∎ • Fluency in English (Candidates with English Medium background will be strongly preferred)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate will be solely responsible for overseeing 10+ Quasem Industries and affiliated company pages, including Quasem Industries (Sunlite & Wave), Quasem Food (Sun Chips, Ghee, Water), Quasem Foundation, Truce Beauty
∎ Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
∎ Create, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
∎ Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.
∎ Regulate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
∎ Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
∎ Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
∎ Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions. Take time to learn each individual brand strategy with help from marketing heads.
∎ Lead social media buying and paid-advertisement activities online
∎ Do any other tasks related to marketing as assigned
