Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates with qualified ACCA/CA are eligible to apply for the Senior Manager position, while candidates pursuing ACCA/CA are eligible to apply for the Manager position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, manage, and perform audits, including determining audit objectives and scope, identifying and assessing risks, developing time budgets and audit programs, and ensuring compliance with Internal Audit work paper standards for each audit
∎ Using knowledge of area of expertise, perform examinations of specialized operations to determine compliance with all pertinent statutes, UGC guidelines, policies, and procedures
∎ Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of meeting operational requirements, and serve as a consultant for departments regarding compliance matters
∎ Assist in the development of the annual audit plan, execution, monitoring, and risk assessment
∎ Prepare audit reports including recommendations for improved practices/procedures, with supporting data, and review findings/recommendations with the Head of Internal Audit
∎ Follow up on audit recommendations to substantiate/evaluate implementation of recommended changes.
∎ Perform other related duties, as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in audit; preferably in Big4
∎ Methodical approach to work and a high level of attention to detail while keeping confidentiality
∎ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications
∎ Ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues is essential
∎ Experience of using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying suitable solutions and opportunities for improvement
∎ Flexible approach to work and positive response to changing requirements
