∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC),ICMA

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain relationships with financial institutions regarding banking and financing operations.
∎ Understand and execute regular financing reconciliations with the financing partners.
∎ Prepare various reports on financing and banking transactions.
∎ Meet documentary and information requirements with respect to a term loan, lease, L/C, working capital, etc.
∎ Ensure business completes capital increase formalities or loan drawdown, interest, and principal repayment in a timely manner.
∎ Administration of bank accounts and banking signatories are executed in line with control and policies.
∎ Control and evaluate the organization's fund-raising plans and capital structure.
∎ Validate and enhance the system(s) to maintain all accounting documents, financial documents, all data, delivery order/ challan, receipt voucher, expenditure voucher, etc.
∎ To coordinate with other departments regarding all related to or effecting the financial position or activities of the company.
∎ Engage in the activities related to the Finance Department such as budgeting and forecasting, cost management, Cap Ex management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, etc.
∎ Obtain, analyze and evaluate financial reports such as income statement, balance sheet, cost sheet, etc.
∎ Provide technical accounting guidance to the finance team;
∎ Ensures all client invoicing and collection, and payment of vendor invoices occurs on a timely basis.
∎ Responsible for the monthly corporate cash flow preparation and work with Controller on cash management matters;
∎ Review and approves the prepayments, accruals, and other month-end transactions for the corporate finance team.
∎ Ensures monthly reconciliation of all accounting sub-systems, and conducts balance sheet analyses and reconciliations;
∎ Oversee the monthly corporate finance reconciliation of bank statements;
∎ Review the monthly investment schedule reconciliations;
∎ Assist the Controller in preparation of monthly internal financial statements and draft annual financial statements;
∎ Assist the Controller in month and year end closing – including indirect cost allocation and revenue recognition
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth understanding of operational issues and policy work at state, national and international levels.
∎ Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including demonstrated expertise.
∎ Excellent knowledge in MS Office, Expertise on Excel and PPT
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Key competencies: Dedicated, Hard worker, Self-motivated, creative, Trustworthy.
∎ Excellent of using SAP
