Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & preparing all kinds of vouchers, cash books, bank books, bill registers, general ledgers & different registers related to finance & accounts.
∎ Process day-to-day payments for vendors and be involved in the end-to-end process.
∎ Monitoring & checking petty cash payments, bank payments, journal vouchers, different bills, invoices & books of accounts.
∎ Monitor daily cash & collection movements.
∎ To ensure daily data entry in the accounting software in due time.
∎ Depth knowledge of operating different ERP Software.
∎ Maintain & reconcile different ledgers.
∎ Collection of cash and deposit to the bank and daily cash & bank reconciliation.
∎ Preparation of different MIS report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ CACC, CMA, and ICMAB will get preference
∎ Progressive accounting experience with depth knowledge of accounting.
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Must have Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems.
∎ Must have good analytical report writing skills and good computer literacy.
∎ Good communication skill
