∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Sweater Industry, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop/ update the security system & maintain a safe work environment in Pretty Group.
∎ Overall Security monitoring of the facility.
∎ Ensure that all security staff are made aware of this security policy and fully understand its content and their responsibilities.
∎ To monitor entering the vehicle or employee into the gate.
∎ Unannounced check of the activities of security guard.
∎ Ensure action is taken when any unidentified personnel are in the facility.
∎ Monitor after visitor, supplier & service provider entry, exit & screening procedure.
∎ Escort with VIPs, Government Officials if necessary.
∎ Disburse responsibility among subordinates.
∎ Monitor the overall physical security.
∎ Regularly inspect throughout the facility for identifying potential issues.
∎ Impart lockdown during emergency.
∎ Ensure overall security activities 7 - Point inspection using a documented checklist.
∎ Monitor and limit access to critical operational areas of the facility, such as warehouse packing, final packing or packaging, shipping and receiving, container loading & unloading.
∎ Ensure loading & Storing container or trailer closed and secure with a security seal.
∎ Ensuring presence of security guards into handling, loading unloading, finished goods store and other restricted areas.
∎ Ensure sufficient lighting at cargo handling and storage area to detect movement during periods of darkness.
∎ Act as per instruction of GM-HAC during security emergencies and consult with Management Representative.
∎ Inform the employees about emergency via PA system.
∎ Impart lock down as & when required.
∎ Write or review security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
∎ Plan security for special and high-risk events.
∎ Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
∎ Attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations.
∎ Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
∎ Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
∎ Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.
∎ Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
∎ Collect and analyze security data to determine security needs, security program goals, or program accomplishments.
∎ To respond on all emergencies quickly when arises.
∎ Periodically check all the relevant registers maintained in the security posts of the corporate office/factories.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 7 -10 years' experience in relevant fields.
∎ Ex defense services personnel with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
∎ Capable to produce different types of report both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good leadership skill.
∎ Willing to take challenges.
∎ Able to work in a stressful situation.
∎ Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic.
∎ Must be good in computer skill
