Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Manager (Sales) will be responsible for -
∎ Leading an experienced team of Sales Associates.
∎ Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales goals, revenue and expense controls.
∎ Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ Training of your salespeople.
∎ Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
∎ Providing daily/monthly report(s) of sales success and position of team to the superiors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about warehouse racking system and material handling equipment (for instance, Forklift, Scissor Lift, Reach Truck, Electric stacker, and Beam Stacker).
∎ At least 4 year (s) of direct sales experience in fields mentioned above.
∎ Good knowledge about industries in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience in managing, directing and lead a sales team of at east 5 persons.
∎ Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
∎ Experience in customer relationship management.
∎ Excellent negotiation skills
∎ Strong decision-making abilities.
∎ Familiarity with CRM software.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
