∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing (especially in wholesale or fieldwork)
∎ Have a motorcycle and a valid driving license (Treat as extra experience)
∎ Willing to travel all over the country
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills
∎ Honest, target-driven, and self-motivated
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
∎ Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of high performance.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
∎ Visit markets and potential wholesale clients to promote and sell products
∎ Identify and on board new wholesale buyers
∎ Maintain long-term client relationships
∎ Meet monthly sales targets
∎ Collect market feedback and report to management
∎ Maintain proper documentation of sales and client communications
