Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth.
∎ Identify and develop relationships with doctors, clinics, corporate companies, and insurance providers.
∎ Lead and manage a field sales team and set performance targets.
∎ Track and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Plan and implement branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
∎ Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
∎ Organize health camps, medical seminars, CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, and other outreach activities.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to attract referrals from doctors, clinics, and wellness centers.
∎ Build and manage strong relationships with general practitioners, specialists, polyclinics, and diagnostic centers.
∎ Coordinate with departments to package and promote services like health check-ups, diagnostic panels, or specialty treatments.
∎ Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
∎ Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
∎ Prepare reports for senior management with data-driven insights.
∎ Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for an entire organization or specific lines of business
∎ Develop and Execute the Sales Plan.
