Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have the capability to lead marketing team & train members of the team.
∎ Have to lead sales team for corporate sales / marketing (land sales, share sales, plot sales, and apartment sales).
∎ Have to visit physically prospective customers regularly with sales team.
∎ Maintain promotional activities (Social Media, Electric Media, and Print Media).
∎ Have to monitor and follow up daily activities of sales team & prepare report as required by management.
∎ Sourcing sufficient sales lead generate for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ Maintain good relationship with existing clients for collecting benefits of CSD team.
∎ Smooth communication and maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customer.
∎ Self-Starter and should have positive mindset to achieve monthly sales target by sales team.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing and controlling to meet the progress of target achievement.
∎ Chase the monthly payment for overdue invoices of existing customer of CSD & coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth & quality services to the clients.
∎ Should have capabilities to prepare & implement monthly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Corporate Marketing, project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Any other Special task as per Management Decision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 37 to 42 years (highly energetic physically and mentally).
∎ At least 8 -10 years marketing experience in a Real Estate Industry.
∎ Fairly good in written & spoken English.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
