Responsibilities & Context: Job Category :
We are looking for a potential Manager, who will play the strategic role for Sales & Marketing department and will create the new market in selling the products to the market for Steeltech Industries Ltd. with proper reporting to the General Manager or Higher Management as and when required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure Territory Sales Target and Evaluate Retailers & Dealer's performance.
- Build a strong Sales and Marketing network in the segment of Dealers, & End-users.
- Ensure efficient and effective credit management as per the Company's policy.
- Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure the targeted sales objective.
- Develop Areas for Dealers.Ensure new product feedback, update overall product feedback of both own company and competitors.
- Regular follow-up of sales order and payment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market reports on sales and distribution.
- Providing regularly report on the visit outcomes and findings thereon to the respective GM.
- Prepare reports at the end of the day based on collecting, analyzing and summarizing information of the market Short- & long-term planning (Monthly & Quarterly) for achieving the value & volume target as set by the organization.
- Handling credit sales & realization in a proper manner to control company costs.
- Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the Higher Management time to time.
