Technical Skills:

• Strong MS Excel and data management skills.
• Basic understanding of databases, ERP modules, and data flow.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Familiar with data formatting and cleansing techniques.
• Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar (added advantage).

Other Skills:

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Mentally ready to work at the NIGHT SHIFT on the regular basis.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain productivity.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.

• Enter, verify, and update data into the new ERP system accurately and efficiently.
• Collect and organize data from different departments (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, HR, etc.) for ERP migration.
• Review source documents for accuracy and completeness before data input.
• Perform regular data validation and correction to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Assist in testing ERP modules and identifying data-related issues.
• Coordinate with ERP consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth data implementation.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data at all times.
• Generate and maintain daily/weekly reports on data entry progress.
• Support end users with basic ERP data-related queries after implementation.
