Experience:
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales plans, sales forecast, booking projection, and revenue strategy for ongoing & upcoming projects
Lead, coach, and supervise sales executives/agents; assign leads and monitor follow-ups and closing performance
Ensure structured lead funnel management (walk-ins, calls, online inquiries), client handling and effective deal closing
Manage investor/buyer relationship, maintain customer trust, support negotiation and booking confirmation
Plan and execute marketing activities (digital + offline): social media, property portals, banners, roadshows, brochures, fairs
Coordinate digital campaigns with agency/internal team (Facebook boosting, Google ads, content calendar, video promos, lead forms)
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, sales partners, property agents, and corporate clients
Arrange project visits, ensure trained presentation to buyers, and manage project walkthroughs
Ensure clients receive correct info on flat size, price, payment schedule, handover process, and booking documentation
Assist management in verifying land documents, ownership papers, mutation, khatian, CS/SA/RS/BS records, and title verification process
Coordinate and support RAJUK-related compliance requirements such as approvals, building plan status, project legality communication, and customer confidence building
Work closely with legal and accounts teams to ensure proper booking money collection, agreement process, and installment tracking
Assist in client support post-booking including possession/handover updates, service requests and documentation handover
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, new projects, RAJUK zone demand, buyer preferences
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, lead status updates, marketing ROI reports, and pipeline analysis for management review
Legal, Land & Compliance Related Responsibilities
The incumbent must be able to support sales operations through practical knowledge of legal and land documentation, including:
Support verification and basic understanding of land ownership documents
Coordinate with legal team regarding
Deed verification (Sale deed / Baina deed, etc.)
Mutation, Khatian, Porcha related follow-up
Land tax update and legal clearance support (as needed)
Assist in ensuring project information aligns with legal and compliance status for customer communication
Maintain coordination with internal legal/land team regarding documentation readiness for:
Booking confirmation
Agreement execution
Handover documentation
