Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will foster and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers, providing guidance on our product offerings and ensuring our solutions are specified in high-end residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for design professionals, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate professionals on our products and installation processes.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance product visibility and brand loyalty.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and strengthen relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Provide feedback from the design community to inform product development and improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, relationship management, or business development; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
· A personal bike is required for this role. Candidates with a bike will be given higher priority.
Experience in the construction, architectural, or interior design sectors is a plus. Knowledge of sanitary and bathroom fittings is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships effectively.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, and target-driven, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Flexibility and adaptability, alongside proven skills and experience.
